Customer Service Executive

Job Summary: Responsible for management of OTA and social media, ensuring order fulfillment and delivering an outstanding Luxcity customer experience with strong operations focus.

Reports to: Head of Sales.

Working Hours: Eight-hour shifts (a.m., p.m., or overnight) on rotating schedule and 1 day off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the optimization of OTA (we will train)
  • Reply to customer’s messages and reviews on OTA and social media
  • Ensure regular price upload according to the sales policy
  • Track and analyze the market information & competitor dynamics to offer promotions
  • End-to-end responsibility for all e-commerce & social bookings.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Khmer
  • Helpful, responsible, result-oriented, and integrity
  • Good communication and presentation skills, good at cross-team communication and collaboration
  • Experience meeting strategic goals within a sales portfolio and applying sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling.
